Lightstream Sanctuary offers 1, 2 or 3 day retreats for up to 4 people. These are personalised treatment for each individual, and include physical, emotional and spiritual upliftment.
Each group will have the use of a rustic unique self-contained log cabin with a queen bed and two singles. Each individual will receive 2 vegetarian meals a day, bush walking (distance may vary with each person), a remedial massage, and or Naturopathic consultation, and meditation. The aim of these retreats is to inspire and empower in each individual an ongoing positive attitude and the strength to face the constant demands and challenges of modern life.
Lightstream Sanctuary has a working organic vegetable garden and orchard.
There is also a unique and medicinal herb garden(s) and many native trees.
Lightstream Sanctuary offers a fully stocked herbal and homeopathic dispensary, nutritional supplements, bush and bach flower remedies.
Power-point workshops, mud-wraps at the river, swimming can also be provided for larger groups.
Pick-up from Coffs harbour airport can also be arranged.
